Every call we receive is individual, just like the animal, so it is very difficult to give an exact price for such a varied service such as ours. As a rough guide we can advise that a trip to your local Vet will be in the region of £15.00, but we will assess each case seperately and give a price that is reasonable, and affordable. Please call us for any queries you may have, and we can quote you for your needs.

Our emergency ambulance operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a week. If you need us during the night, at a weekend or on a bank holiday, no matter where you are, we can help you.
Call out fee 7pm - 7am: £60 basic rate

COLLECTION
AND DROP OFF - Catteries,
Kennels etc
Our collection and drop off service is ideal if you need your pet taken' to or from' without a waiting time. Perfect for cattery, kennels, airport/ferry collections or dropping a pet off for the day at the vets.
DRIVE & WAIT - Groomers, Vet appointments etc
Perfect if you need to get your pet to the groomers, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy or vets as we will collect your pet, take them to their appointment, wait up to an hour, and then bring them home to you.
PATIENT TRANSPORTATION - Vet Nurse required Clinic to clinic/referral, appointments
If you are a practice that needs specialist inter-clinic patient transport, with VN care, or an owner trying to get your injured pet to a referral or veterinary appointment, then please feel free to use this service. You may choose to have a veterinary nurse and a driver, or just a driver.

All quotes given for emergencies are as accurate as possible at the time. Full invoices will be provided once we have reached our destination and all treatment has been administered.

All callout fees are due in full at the time of treatment.

Treatment and materials will be charged after the patient has been transferred to clinic care. It is accepted that by calling Pets2Vets Southern to assist an animal the owner, or professional body, will cover all Pets2Vets Southern costs for the patient.

Veterinary practices with a Pets2Vets Southern account will be invoiced within 24 hours.

Invoices are due within 7 days of treatment for all emergencies and monthly for all account holders.

Callout fees are due regardless of circumstance and outcome. If you cancel us whilst we are enroute it is at our discretion whether to bill for our time and fuel.
