In the summer of 2007 Pets2Vets was purchased by the company K9 Playtime, and was revamped and upgraded to RVC standard. See our photos below! Now established as a professional veterinary nurse owned and operated ambulance service, Pets2Vets was launched in November 2007! We are one of the very few genuine Veterinary Nurse Owned and Operated Animal Ambulances in the United Kingdom. Based 11 miles south of Guildford, Surrey we operate 24hours a day, 7 days a week to provide emergency response, and expert transportation for veterinarians, owners and animals. Our team is made up of veterinary nurses with years of experience, an abundance of passion and 100% dedication to animals.
Pets2Vets aims to provide a qualified emergency response and transportation service for both domestic and wild animals, of the calibre and quality a human would expect. All emergency calls are vet nurse operated and a veterinarian is always on telephone standby, which means we can get patients to vets quickly, and animals can be treated en-route. Our ambulances are fitted with the latest medical equipment, including siren and emergency response lights, oxygen and comprehensive first aid.
We are not all about emergencies though as we also offer our expert transportation to Veterinary Clinics, Catteries/Kennels, Grooming Parlors, Airports; you name we can do it! We also cover wildlife calls for car struck badgers, foxes etc, and the occasional lost hedgehog! No call is the same, and each animal is a VIP (very important pet!).
